If an active referral suddenly stops clicking, there’s no need to worry. They may be on vacation or taking a short break—patience is key.

Follow these steps to contact your referrals on Beanybux.com:

1. Log in to your Beanybux.com account.
2. Navigate to your Members / Stats page.
3. Click "View" under the referrals section.
4. Select the envelope icon next to the referral’s username.
5. On the next page, their username will be displayed.
6. Complete the security captcha.
7. Click Submit.

Important Notes:

• You may send one referral contact request every one minute.
• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
