If you DO NOT agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Beanybux.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Beanybux.com Member and requires you not to register for a Beanybux.com Members Account.
1) Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Beanybux.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we shall first verify thoroughly that the spam incident did occur and if so then we shall delete all current funds in your account, leaving the member with a zero balance. If you are reported for a second time then we shall have the right to delete all current funds and removal of all referred members. Should receive verification of a Third Offense then we may take any and all necessary steps for terminating or suspend your account.

7-a) Beanybux.com shall suspend any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 30 (thirty) days of inactivity of such account. You may contact Beanybux.com Support for reinstatement of account including Account Balance funds and referrals.
7-b) Beanybux.com shall suspend and remove all account funds and referrals of any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 60 (sixty) days of inactivity of such account. You may contact Beanybux.com Support for reinstatement of account only, with all account history and referrals reset to zero.
7-c) Beanybux.com shall terminate any Beanybux.com Member's Account after 90 (ninety) days of inactivity of such account. You may not request for reinstatement of account.
7-d) Beanybux.com advertisements must not be viewed on cell/mobile phones or tablets. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account. Advertisements must be clicked using a mouse and a computer and not by any other means or methods.
7-e) Beanybux.com advertisements must not be viewed using any VPN or Proxy. Doing so may lead to the permanent suspension of your account. Advertisements must be viewed using a direct IP and not by any other means or methods.
8) Should Beanybux.com detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of Beanybux.com, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from Beanybux.com.
9) Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud Beanybux.com your account will be terminated with or without notice. Deletion or Suspension of your account due to any of these violations may result in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action will also be initiated, both domestically and internationally.
10) All payments are made via payment options provided on our cashout page. You can request for payment once your account balance has been met. Your payment will be processed and issued via your selected payout method up to 30 (thirty) business days for Premium Members and up to 60 (sxity) business days for Standard Members. You can only request one payment at the time.
